There is no charge, our mission is to help connect property owners with business owners and increase the diversity of our business community
How long can I post my listing?
As long as you have the space available, you can leave your listing up as long as you need. We will email you on a monthly basis to ensure that you have your space open for lease.
Who is managing this site?
Simsbury Main Street Partnership, with support from the Town of Simsbury, has the sole ownership and management of this site. We strive to reach all areas of town, helping every business and property owner at no charge.
